Getting Started with MailOptimal
This guide will help you set up your MailOptimal workspace and launch your first outreach campaign.

Step 1: Connect Your Email Account
Navigate to:
Email Accounts β Connect Account
Choose one of the available connection methods:
Google Workspace
Gmail
Microsoft 365
Outlook
SMTP
Complete the authorization process.

Step 2: Enable Warmup
After connecting your email account:
Open the email account.
Enable Warmup.
Select your preferred Warmup Mode.
Save your changes.
Your account will immediately begin building sender reputation.

Step 3: Verify Your Domain
Go to:
Deliverability β Domain Health
Run a Deliverability Test to ensure:
SPF is configured
DKIM is configured
DMARC is configured
MX records are valid
Reverse DNS is configured
Resolve any warnings before launching campaigns.
Step 4: Find Leads
Open:
Lead Finder
Search for prospects using filters such as:
Industry
Country
Job title
Company size
Technologies
Keywords
Export the leads or send them directly to a campaign.
Step 5: Create a Campaign
Navigate to:
Campaigns β Create Campaign
Configure:
Campaign name
Sender accounts
Email sequence
Sending schedule
Tracking options
Preview your emails before launching.
Step 6: Launch Your Campaign
Review your settings carefully.
Once you're ready, click Launch Campaign.
MailOptimal will automatically rotate sender accounts and begin sending emails according to your configured schedule.
Best Practices
Warm every new email account for at least 2β3 weeks before sending cold emails.
Send gradually rather than starting with high daily volumes.
Always verify email addresses before importing them into campaigns.
Run Deliverability Tests regularly to monitor your domain health.
Personalize every email to improve reply rates.
