How to Bulk Update Email Accounts in MailOptimal
MailOptimal’s Bulk Update feature allows you to manage multiple email accounts at once. Instead of updating inboxes individually, you can select multiple email accounts and perform common actions in just a few clicks.
This feature is especially useful for teams and agencies managing a large number of inboxes.
What Is Bulk Update?
Bulk Update lets you select multiple email accounts from the Email Accounts tab and apply actions to all selected accounts simultaneously.
With Bulk Update, you can:
Enable or disable warmup
Add tags to email accounts
Delete multiple email accounts
Update warmup and campaign settings in bulk
Where to Find Bulk Update
Log in to your MailOptimal account
Navigate to the Email Accounts tab
Use the checkboxes next to email accounts or click Select All
Once selected, bulk action options will appear at the top
Selecting Email Accounts
You can select email accounts in two ways:
Manual Selection
Use the checkbox next to each email account
Select All
Click Select All to choose all visible email accounts at once
You can select any number of email accounts and apply actions to all of them together.
Available Bulk Actions
1. Enable / Disable Warmup
Quickly turn warmup on or off for multiple email accounts at the same time.
This is useful when:
Pausing warmup temporarily
Enabling warmup for newly connected accounts
Managing warmup across large batches
2. Add Tags
You can apply tags to multiple email accounts in one action.
Tags help you:
Organize inboxes by purpose, team, or campaign
Filter accounts easily later
Manage inboxes at scale
3. Delete Email Accounts
Delete multiple email accounts at once instead of removing them individually.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Make sure you review your selection before confirming.
4. Update Settings in Bulk
You can update the following settings across selected email accounts:
Warmup Settings
Warmup mode (Build / Recover / Maintain)
Warmup limits and behavior
ESP-specific warmup preferences
Campaign Settings
Daily sending limits
Sending intervals
Weekend sending preferences
Bulk updating ensures consistent configuration across all selected inboxes.
Using Search & Filters with Bulk Update
MailOptimal provides a search bar to help you find and filter email accounts before applying bulk actions.
You can filter email accounts by:
Sender name
Sender email
Connection status (Active, Paused, Stopped)
Tags
How This Helps
Narrow down specific inboxes
Select only relevant accounts
Apply bulk actions precisely
Example:
Filter by tag “Sales” → Select all → Enable warmup
Best Practices
Use tags to group inboxes logically before bulk actions
Always review filtered results before clicking Select All
Use bulk update to keep settings consistent across campaigns
Avoid bulk deletion unless you’re sure the inboxes are no longer needed

Manage multiple email accounts efficiently
Apply warmup, tags, and settings in one click

Save time when working at scale
It’s designed to give you full control over your email infrastructure—without repetitive manual work.
