Enhance the deliverability of your email template by incorporating it into your warm-up process. This practice will help improve the template's overall performance.
Using the "Template" feature, you can include your custom template in the warm-up process, ensuring it is sent to the warm up network where it will be opened and marked as important or starred.
To add your custom template to the warm-up process and improve its deliverability, follow these steps:
- Go to the MailOptimal dashboard, click on "Template," and then click "Create New Template."
- Enter the template name, subject details, and the email content.
- Select the email address you want to send the custom template from. You can select multiple email addresses
You can also link custom warmup templates with your email accounts, follow these steps
- Go to your MailOptimal dashboard.
- Click on your email address and the warm-up settings will appear.
- Click on "Settings" and under "Warmup Email Text," select "Custom Template"
- Select the custom template you want to link with respective email account and click "Save."
This will send the warm-up emails using your custom template, helping you improve the content reputation.
